On Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 8:11 p.m., the victim was crossing Broadway Road near 20th Street in Phoenix when she was struck by a westbound vehicle causing fatal injuries. The suspect vehicle fled westbound on Broadway Road without stopping. The suspect vehicle would likely have front end damage including headlight damage.
