On November 5, 2020 at approximately 10:46 p.m., the victim was crossing 83rd Avenue, just north of Thomas Road, from east to west mid-block. A vehicle traveling southbound on 83rd avenue collided with the victim in the left turn lane and fled the area in an unknown direction. The victim did not survive his injuries.
