Crime Information:
On Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 10:45 p.m. the Phoenix Police Department responded to a shooting at La Reserve Apartments, located at 2627 North 45th Avenue. Dedrick Gaines (aka Kandis Capri) was found in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. The Victim was transported to the hospital and pronounced deceased. The Suspect was seen leaving the area on foot. Dedrick was wearing a multi-colored dress.

Lead: Black male, early – mid 20’s, thin-medium build
