On Monday, May 26th, 2008 the victim’s body was found in the desert area south of approximately 5100 West Carefree Highway. The victim was last seen alive on Tuesday, May 13th, 2008 at 9 p.m. at his apartment located at 936 W. Mountain View Road in Phoenix. The victim was reported missing on 5/16/08 after he had not been seen or heard from.
