On October 14, 2016 the victim’s purse was stolen in the parking lot of the Costco store at the Spectrum Mall. On October 23, 2016 the victim’s Target card that was in her stolen purse was fraudulently used multiple times at the Spectrum Mall Target. Suspect #2 was seen leaving in the pictured silver car.
