Crime Information:
On Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at approximately 4:15 p.m., someone stole the victim’s credit cards from his locker at LA Fitness Gym. Over the next four hours, the suspect(s) fraudulently charged over $29,000 to the credit cards at the Apple Stores at Chandler Mall and the Scottsdale Quarter, the Optical Shop of Aspen at Kierland Commons and the Gauthier Jewelry Store at Kierland Commons. Suspect #1 was seen on surveillance video using the credit cards at the Apple Stores and Gauthier Jewelry. Suspect #3 was seen on surveillance video using the credit card at the Fry’s Food Store in Ahwatukee. Each retail store incurred the financial loss.
Suspect:
Suspect #1: White male, 32-40 years old, brown hair, 5’10” to 6'0", 200 lbs., with a stocky build, well dressed and spoke with a foreign accent possibly “Eastern Europe.” Told Gauthier manager he was from Annapolis.
Suspect #2: White male, 32-40 years old, brown hair, 5’8”, 170 lbs., well dressed.
Suspect #3: White female, 30-40 years old, black hair, 5’3”-5’6”, 140-160 lbs., with shoulder length hair.
