On Friday, August 7th, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Suspect entered Chase Bank located at 9790 West Peoria Avenue in Peoria. The Suspect approached the teller and produced a note indicating that he had a firearm and demanded money. The Victim/Teller complied and gave the Suspect money. The Suspect was last observed running north through the parking lot and getting into the listed vehicle.

White Male, 6', 215-230 lbs, short brown hair, and graying facial hair.
