Between Tuesday, October 2. 2018 and Tuesday, October 16, 2018, three young cats were found with handmade blow darts pierced into their heads causing serious physical injuries. Numerous handmade blow darts were found in an area where a large feral cat colony is located. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to these incidents.
