On Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at approximately 2:11 p.m., the victim and the suspect were involved in a road rage incident while traveling westbound on Baseline Road from 32nd Street. While stopped at 20th Street and Baseline Road, the suspect fired one round striking the victim. The suspect and vehicle were last seen traveling westbound on Baseline Road. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
