Crime Information:
On Sunday, November 24, 2019 at approximately 2:15 a.m., the victim was with a group of friends leaving a party in the area of south 16th Place and east Illini Street when an unknown suspect or suspects began shooting at a member of the victim’s group. The victim was struck in the neck by a stray round and is now paralyzed from the neck down. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
