Crime Information:
On Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 12:59 p.m., Phoenix Police Officers responded to the rear of a strip mall location. Several bystanders located a deceased newborn baby in a black backpack that had been left in the dumpster on the westside of the businesses. The baby was a full-term male and had the umbilical cord still attached. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to this incident.
