Crime Information:
On November 26, 2017 at approximately 4:30 p.m., the victim was attending an annual toy drive that was being put on by a local car club. The event took place at the Desert West Park, located at 6602 W. Encanto Blvd. Towards the end of the event, the victim was standing among a large group of people when he was shot and killed.

Hispanic male
