On Thursday, July 2nd, 2020 at 11:45 p.m., the victim Carlos Garcia was at a store located at 1800 West Southern Avenue and was waiting in line at the walk up window when he was struck by a bullet. Witnesses describe seeing a dark colored four door sedan leaving the area eastbound on West Southern Avenue at the time of the shooting. Investigators are seeking any information related to this investigation.
