On Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 3:00 p.m., the victim was crossing Beck Avenue at University Drive in the crosswalk. The victim was struck by an unknown vehicle which appeared to have been traveling westbound on University Drive and turning left. The vehicle fled the scene after striking the victim.
