Crime Information:
On Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at approximately 12:21 a.m., the victim Steven Hoffman was on the sidewalk on the south side of Dunlap Avenue walking east with a friend when a vehicle traveling eastbound left the roadway. The vehicle struck Steven and fled the scene without stopping. Steven did not survive his injuries.

Believed to be a dark green 2002 Ford Expedition
