On Monday, July 8, 2019 at approximately 3:40 a.m., officers responded to a shooting in the area of 3100 N. 65th Avenue in Phoenix. Christopher Flores was found deceased in the roadway and a second male victim was found, just south, with non-life threatening injuries. Detectives are seeking any information in regards to this incident.
