Crime Information:
Sometime in August 2014 in the afternoon, the victim believed the suspect needed help with his homework while she was in front of the Basha Library located at 5990 South Val Vista Drive in Chandler. She walked with him to the listed vehicle. Once inside the vehicle, the suspect sexually assaulted her.
Suspect:
Male, 18 - 25 years old, dark skin, 5'8" - 5'11" and was wearing a flannel shirt, baggy jeans and tennis shoes. Spoke with improper grammar, but no accent.
