Crime Information:
On Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 1:25 a.m. Timothy Mannion was observed by a witness riding northbound on the west sidewalk of 4200 north 35th Avenue. Timothy crossed the roadway diagonally and was struck by a “blacked out” Chevy truck which was in the southbound inside lane. The vehicle did not stop, continued away from the scene toward Grand Avenue and did not return. Timothy sustained fatal injuries.
