Crime Information:
On Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at approximately 4:40 AM, the victim, a 37 year old handicapped male, was riding his bicycle westbound in the bicycle lane on east Baseline Road at 16th Street. He was struck from behind by an unknown truck or high profile vehicle. The vehicle did not stop after striking the victim. The victim suffered serious injuries and due to his cognitive disability was unable to assist in the investigation.
