Crime Information:
On Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 4:15 p.m., the suspect contacted the victim in the parking lot of Fry’s located at 4724 N. 20th Street. The victim agreed to let the suspect repair a dent on her vehicle and the suspect followed her home. When they arrived, the suspect advised the victim he would need to rent a $4500 tool. The victim agreed and gave the money to him. On Monday, March 27 at 12:35 p.m., the suspect returned to the victim’s home and talked her into withdrawing an additional $8000 in order for him to get the original $4500 back. After giving the suspect the additional money, he has not been seen again and there was never any work performed on the victim’s vehicle.
Suspect:
White Male, 50 to 60 years old, 6'0", 300 lbs., with a goatee.
