On Thursday, August, 18, 2016 at approximately 6:30 p.m., the victim and the suspect were in a verbal argument while on a light rail car in the area of 2411 East Washington Street in Phoenix. The victim was seated during the argument and the suspect struck him several times in the face with his fists. The victim suffered serious physical injuries as a result of the attack.
Suspect:
Male, approximately 35 years old, 6'2", 180 lbs., thin build and wearing glasses.
