On Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at approximately 4:40 p.m., the suspect entered Desert Sky Mall located at 7611 West Thomas Road in Phoenix. He ran up to the victim and grabbed the chain from her neck. The victim chased the male, but was unable to catch him. The suspect fled in a gray PT Cruiser that was waiting for him.
Suspect:
Suspect #1: Hispanic Male, approximately 17 years old, 6'0", 150 lbs., black hair, brown eyes.
Suspect #2: Driver of suspect vehicle
