On Friday, October 21, 2016 at approximately 11:15 p.m., the victim was on a date with the suspect at Walmart located at 7500 West Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix. While in the parking lot, the suspect tried to steal her purse and ripped it in the process. The suspect fled without the purse. The victim then noticed that the suspect stole money from her wallet.

Hispanic male, alias “Jose Samuel”, approximately 24 years old, 5'6", 150 pounds
