On Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at approximately 10:45 p.m., the suspect entered Circle K located at 3618 West Buckeye Road. He bought a beer and a hot dog, then ate at a customer counter inside the store. At 11:08 p.m., the suspect approached the clerk and asked about lottery tickets. The suspect then pulled a black handgun from his waistband and demanded three scratch off lottery tickets. The clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot.
Suspect:
Hispanic Male, approximately 25 years old, 5'8", 180 lbs., black hair, and goatee.
