4802 N. 15th Avenue–found in a dumpster.
Crime Information:
On Thursday, February 2, 2012 at approximately 5:00 a.m. the victim Alton Eugene Oakland Jr. was found inside a dumpster at 4802 N. 15th Avenue. Detectives determined that this was a homicide. The victim has the listed tattoos – a dragon on right side of chest, a hog on right upper arm and a double headed snake on right side of his back. Detectives need assistance locating a suspect.
