On Saturday, July 21, 1990 at 5:54 a.m. Manuel Jimenez was found deceased in the courtyard area of the apartment complex located at 1531 East Oak St. He was last seen alive leaving the Denny’s Restaurant at Priest and Broadway in Tempe around 2:15 a.m. Several items were taken from the victim. The victim’s vehicle was later found abandoned at 1728 East Yale St in Phoenix.
