Crime Information:
On Friday, December 2, 2005 at approximately 11:35 p.m., Gerardo Arteaga-Bautista was fatally shot in the parking lot of a restaurant near 2500 West Indian School Road following a physical altercation with several males. A second victim was also shot but survived his injuries. Witnesses reported the Hispanic male suspect fled the scene in a 1998-2000 model white TransAm. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
