Crime Information:
On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at approximately 12:17 a.m. Steven Flaggman was a pedestrian crossing North 7th Avenue on foot, going westbound just south of West Polk Street. While Steven was in the northbound lanes, he was struck by a red-colored vehicle. The vehicle did not stop or return to the scene and continued driving northbound on North 7th Avenue. Steven was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
Suspect:
Red-colored sedan, possibly late 2010’s to early 2020’s Kia Optima, with front and driver side damage
