Aggravated Assault / 1- White male 33 years old – 2 Native American male 19 years old / Near 5700 North 32nd Avenue – Residential Neighborhood

Crime Information:

On Thursday, January 1, 2026, the two victims were attending a large New Year’s Eve party near 5700 North 32nd Avenue. There was a verbal altercation that occurred in the front yard of the residence. Then, an unknown person standing on the front patio fired a .45 caliber handgun, and an unknown person in the street fired a 9mm handgun. Victim 1, who was on the inside of the residence, was struck in the face. Victim 2, who was on the front patio of the residence, was struck in the leg. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
