On Monday, August 11, 2003, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Francisco Jonathan Bustos was fatally shot in the parking lot of a mobile home park near 1500 West Southern Avenue. Witnesses indicated 2 unidentified black males were seen near the Victim when shots were fired. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
