Crime Information:
On Friday, October 17, 2003 Brandon Rumbaugh and his girlfriend Lisa Gurrieri left Scottsdale to drive
north to camp overnight to celebrate their one-year anniversary. They borrowed a 2000 white Ford F-150
pick-up truck from Lisa’s mom and were to return that following Saturday morning. The couple did not
return and family and friends immediately searched for possible locations where the couple may have
camped. Later, the couple’s bodies were found shot to death lying in the bed of their pick-up truck in a
secluded dirt parking area in the Bumble Bee area in Yavapai County.
