On Sunday, April 4, 2010, at approximately 2:30 A.M. the victim, Christopher Gonzales, went to a party at the residence located in the 300 block of East Ivy Street in Mesa to assist a family member. While there Christopher was involved in an argument with a party-goer. The argument escalated to a fight. Christopher was shot and killed.
