Crime Information:
On December 22nd, 2002, at approximately 2:30 PM. Tony Garza was the victim of a homicide that occurred on the corner of 59 avenue and Thomas. Tony was walking through the parking lot located on the northeast corner with his girl friend and his small child when someone began firing. The victim pushed his girlfriend to the ground and then placed his body in front of his child to protect it. As the victim fell to the ground he was struck on the head by a bullet. He later died at the hospital.
