Aggravated Assault / Male Victim / 7449 W. Indian School Road – North Parking lot of Taco Bell

Crime Information:

On Thursday, March 21, 2024 – at approximately 12:15 a.m. the male victim and another unknown female were seated in the handicapped spaces in the North lot of the Taco Bell. A white Chevy Malibu stopped, and the suspect exited the front passenger seat. The suspect contacted the male victim in the parking lot, then returned to the vehicle shortly after. The suspect then ran towards the victim and fired approximately 10 shots, striking the victim multiple times. The suspect entered the vehicle which then left Eastbound on Indian School Road. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
