Armed Robbery / 4304 E. Cactus Rd

Crime Information:

On Friday, March 30, 2018 at about 3:45 p.m., the victim left his vehicle running when he got out to put items in a mailbox. The suspect had been walking in the parking lot and got into the driver seat of the victim’s car. The victim physically fought with the suspect to regain control of his car, but the suspect accelerated away and dragged the victim, who then fell from the car. The suspect fled westbound on Cactus and collided with 4 other vehicles which disabled the victim’s vehicle. The suspect was last seen running northbound on 32nd Street from Cactus. The suspect was captured on video while shoplifting in a nearby store just before the carjacking.

Suspect:
White male, about 45 - 50 yrs. old, 5’10”, 165 lbs.
