Parking lot of apartment complex at 16821 North 26th Street, Phoenix
Crime Information:
On Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 8:30 p.m. Eladio Estrada was in the parking lot of 16821 North 26th Street selling corn from his vendor cart. He was selling items to Suspect #2 when he was approached by Suspect #1 who was armed with a gun. Suspect #1 attempted to rob Eladio and fired a shot, but missed. He then fired a second shot as he was running and struck the victim causing his death.
