On Sunday, April 16, 2023 at approximately 1:33 a.m., police were called to 4320 W. Thomas Road (La Pupusa Loca) bar for a drive by shooting . Officers arrived and discovered two female adults shot. Both were transported to a local area hospital. Leibby Jeannette Smith did not survive her injuries. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
