Crime Information:
On December 5, 2011 at approximately 7:38 PM, the victim, Daniel Encinas Jr. was at his father’s apartment at 5631 W. Colter St., when there was a knock at the door. The father, Daniel Encinas Sr., answered the door. The suspect asked for Daniel and the father turned to
the victim and asked if he knew the male. The suspect produced a handgun and fired at the victim, killing him. The suspect fled the scene.
Suspect:
Hispanic male, 5’10”, thin build, early 20’s, moustache.
