Crime Information:
On Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at approximately 8:20 p.m., the victim who is in a wheel chair was leaving the secured facility in the area of 4000 N. 3rd Avenue and the suspect was trying to go in. The victim would not let the suspect in and the suspect attempted to push past the victim. The suspect then punched the victim in the chest and upper arm and then stole her cell phone. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
Suspect:
Hispanic Female, 30- 35 years old, 5'2", 150 lbs, black hair, black eyes. She was wearing a black jacket, black pants and carrying a white purse with blue stripes
