Crime Information:
On Monday, February 13, 2023 at approximately 4:02 p.m., an unknown suspect committed aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at the Walmart located at 3400 W. Chandler Boulevard when he pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the Loss Prevention Officer who attempted to stop him for shoplifting. The suspect threatened to shoot the loss prevention officer if he did not get out of his way. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
Suspect:
White male, late 20's - early 30's, armed with a handgun and noticeable gap in his teeth.
