Crime Information:
On Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at approximately 11:24 p.m., the victim Elias Higuera-Urias was shot while in the area of 9th Avenue and Grant Street and did not survive his injuries. Two unknown males riding bicycles were seen leaving the area. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
Suspect:
Suspect #1 :Black Male, riding a Green Neon bicycle.
Suspect #2: Black Male, riding a red and white Beach cruiser bicycle.
