Crime Information:
On Monday, April 14th, 2008 at 9:40 p.m. Billy Ray Price was found, in his maroon 2002 Yukon on the I-17 exit ramp suffering from gunshot wounds, by another motorist trying to drive around his parked vehicle. Billy Ray Price had been shot while driving northbound on the freeway and then drove off the freeway, but ultimately died as a result of his injuries.
