Crime Information:
On Saturday, December 28, 2019 at approximately 6:00 p.m., the victim was shot in the area of 7499 W. Devonshire Ave. in Phoenix. Three young Hispanic males wearing hooded sweatshirts were seen fleeing northbound on 74th Avenue two were on foot, one was riding a bicycle. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
