Crime Information:
On Saturday, October 7, 2017 at approximately 9:40 a.m., the victim, David Setterberg, got into an argument with the suspect and was shot in the alley behind 2520 E. Indian School Rd. in Phoenix. The Hispanic male suspect and the Hispanic female he was with fled the area with the victim’s yellow bike. The victim died a month later due to complications from his injuries.
Suspect:
Hispanic male, 20-30 years old, short, wearing a Phoenix Suns jersey, riding a low rider type bike. He was with a Hispanic female at the time.
