On Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 3:00 a.m., the suspect flagged down the victim who is a taxi cab driver. The suspect got into the back seat and placed a gun to victim’s head. The suspect made the victim drive to the area of 2500 E. Van Buren St., in Phoenix, where he demanded money from the victim. He then exited the car into the alleyway with the money and fled.
